We are actively seeking skilled Remote Real Estate Assistants to become integral members of our internal team. In this crucial role, you will provide comprehensive administrative, marketing, and operational support to busy real estate professionals, allowing them to focus on growth and client relationships. Making an Impact: What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and essential to the success of the real estate professionals you support. This includes:

CRM Management & Data Integrity: Keeping client and property records accurate and up-to-date within various Real Estate CRM platforms.

Real Estate Transaction Support: Assisting with the preparation, organization, and processing of various Real Estate Documentation and navigating key workflows.

Listing Coordination: Supporting the preparation of property listings, which may involve scheduling photography, crafting compelling property descriptions, and assisting with MLS Input.

Administrative Operations: Providing core administrative support, including meticulous calendar management, efficient email inbox organization, and proactive appointment scheduling.

Real Estate Marketing Assistance: Contributing to marketing efforts such as preparing email campaigns, scheduling social media posts, and drafting newsletters.

Client & Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining professional, timely, and clear communication with clients, real estate agents, and vendors.

Digital Asset Organization: Helping to manage and organize digital files, documents, and databases for easy access and retrieval.

What Makes You a Great Fit (Our Ideal Real Estate Unicorn)

To excel in this role and become a true Assistantly unicorn, you should possess:

Real Estate Expertise: Proven prior experience working in a real estate setting, whether in an administrative, marketing, executive assistant, or transaction coordination capacity.

Industry Familiarity: A solid understanding of typical U.S. Real Estate Workflows and common compliance practices.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable and experienced with various Real Estate Platforms and CRMs like Follow Up Boss, KW Command, BoomTown, or similar systems.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, coupled with the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Communication Prowess: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, crucial for interacting with clients and team members.

Proactive Mindset: Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working proactively with minimal supervision.

Tools of the Trade: Your Digital Environment

You’ll be working with a range of industry-standard tools, including but not limited to:

CRMs: Follow Up Boss, KW Command, BoomTown, or similar Real Estate CRM systems.

Productivity Suites: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office.

Communication Tools: Zoom, Slack, Email.

Marketing Platforms: Canva, Mailchimp, Flodesk, or similar Real Estate Marketing tools.

Flexibility & Focus: Your Work Arrangement

This role offers the flexibility of a Permanent Work-From-Home opportunity. Positions are available on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis. While the exact schedule will be determined based on business needs, it will typically align with U.S. Business Hours.
