We are seeking a driven and experienced DevOps Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our infrastructure and operations. This is a unique, fully remote opportunity to work with incredibly complex systems processing petabytes of data and contribute to the development of groundbreaking products.

You won’t just maintain; you’ll have significant ownership in defining and building our DevOps and Operations strategy from the ground up. Your Impact: What You’ll Do

As a core member of our team, you will:

Drive Infrastructure Excellence

Maintain, optimize, and scale our current high-performance product infrastructure.

Architect Cloud Platforms

Actively participate in the design and implementation of our next-generation Public Cloud and Private Cloud based platforms.

Empower Engineering Teams

Collaborate closely with developers to understand their needs, provide essential support, and champion a DevOps mindset that drives self-service solutions.

Champion System Health & Innovation

Proactively analyze system performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive necessary enhancements. We actively encourage and welcome new ideas and projects!

What You Bring: Skills & Experience

Essential Expertise

• A strong foundation in core IT fundamentals: networking, operating systems, virtualization, security, data management, programming/scripting, and cloud computing.

• Proven experience in designing, planning, delegating, and maintaining complex infrastructure projects.

• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining Kubernetes clusters in large-scale production environments.

• Advanced knowledge of CI/CD automation using tools like GitLab CI or similar platforms.

• Expertise with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, the ELK stack, etc.

• Successful track record in designing and implementing effective automation solutions, including IaC (Infrastructure as Code), Helm, and custom scripting.

Desirable Assets

• Experience with major Public Cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) or Private Cloud platforms (OpenStack, etc.).

• Demonstrated leadership in driving DevOps initiatives, taking ownership of key technical areas, and implementing strategies across teams.

• Experience in technical mentorship and coaching.

• Project development experience with languages like Go, Python, or similar.

Compensation

We offer a competitive gross salary range of 23,000 – 30,000 PLN/month. We value talent and experience, and we are open to discussing a different salary based on your specific skills and competencies.
