What You’ll Be Building

As our Scrum Master / Agile Coach, you will:

• Launch and champion Agile processes (Scrum, Kanban) across diverse product teams, fostering adoption and understanding.
• Masterfully facilitate crucial team rituals, from Sprint Planning and Retrospectives to Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, and Demonstrations.
• Implement, adapt, and leverage key Agile metrics (like Lead Time, Delivery Rate, Predictability) to provide actionable insights aligned with business context.
• Act as a dedicated coach and mentor, training teams on Agile practices, estimation techniques (Story Points, Planning Poker), and effective backlog management.
• Design and establish seamless collaboration frameworks between stream-aligned, platform, and shared functional teams, expertly managing crucial dependencies.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, utilizing feedback loops, team health assessments, and exploring innovative approaches to enhance performance.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a passionate and experienced Agile leader with:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, ideally within product development teams. Experience in IT, Fintech, Crypto, or Trading is a significant plus.
• A robust understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and the ability to effectively tailor frameworks to meet specific business needs.
• Practical experience implementing Scaled Agile frameworks (like SAFe or LeSS) is highly valued.
• Familiarity with the OKR framework and a proven ability to connect delivery processes to tangible business outcomes.
• A track record of successfully launching Agile processes from the ground up and experience operating within large-scale Agile environments.
• Confidence working with Agile team metrics and translating their insights into clear business value.
• Exceptional facilitation, group dynamics, and conflict resolution skills.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software engineering workflows.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro. Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity is a bonus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PSM I/II, ICP-ACC, SAFe, LeSS) are a welcome addition.
• Fluency in Russian is required.
