Marketing Specialist, CRM & Growth

Are you a results-driven marketer with a passion for turning potential customers into loyal advocates? Do you thrive on optimizing every step of the user journey, from initial touchpoint to long-term engagement? If so, we’re looking for you to join our team as a Marketing Specialist, CRM & Growth. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving growth through strategic management and optimization of our core customer engagement channels.

What You’ll Do

Own the creation, optimization, and performance of high-converting landing pages aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.

Deeply analyze our marketing funnel metrics, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to significantly improve conversion rates and maximize marketing ROI.

Strategize, build, and optimize highly personalized email marketing campaigns. You’ll leverage segmentation and marketing automation to boost customer engagement and retention.

Manage and refine our in-app and web push notification strategy to enhance user experience and drive targeted user engagement.

Collaborate closely with the Content Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Team Lead to ensure seamless messaging, campaign execution, and consistent user journeys across various digital touchpoints.

Champion an experimentation mindset, utilizing A/B testing and advanced analytics tools to continuously test, learn, and refine strategies across CRM, email, and push notification channels.

Conduct in-depth performance analysis of campaigns and user behavior. You’ll translate data into clear, actionable insights through regular reporting and dashboards for key stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing or CRM focused roles.

Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing and push notification campaigns.

Deep understanding of landing page optimization principles and proven ability to optimize the marketing funnel for conversions.

Familiarity with key tools for A/B testing, marketing automation, analytics, and CRM.

Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, comfortable working with data to drive decisions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to articulate insights and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
