The Opportunity: Drive Financial Strategy & Operational Excellence

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with Altisource’s Executive Leadership across different lines of business. You will be instrumental in developing and organizing financial strategy, bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. What You’ll Be Doing & The Impact You’ll Make

In this critical role, you will:

• Work directly with Altisource’s Executive Leadership, playing a key role in developing and implementing financial strategies for various business lines.
• Drive innovation by translating complex business requirements into actionable technical and operational plans.
• Manage essential IT projects and handle day-to-day operational support requests, ensuring seamless business function.
• Implement solutions that enhance system efficiency and automate manual processes.
• Generate insightful reports and perform deep dive data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Bridge the gap between business needs, technical teams, and financial processes.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

We’re looking for a talented professional with a blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and technical savvy. Your profile likely includes:

Essential Skills & Expertise:

• Proven techno-functional expertise, comfortable navigating both business strategy and technical implementation details.
• Exceptional ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels, translating needs into requirements.
• A solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to improve processes.
• Proficiency in report generation and interpreting complex data using tools like SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience conducting detailed data analysis using SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent collaboration skills, able to work effectively across diverse teams.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including engaging with senior leaders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a product and operations role, demonstrating a track record of driving business outcomes through technology.
• Proven experience managing IT projects and handling day-to-day operational requests.
• Experience working on integration projects is a significant advantage.
• An MBA is a plus, but not mandatory.
