Client Success Advisor, K-12 Education

We’re seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Client Success Advisor.
The Opportunity
As a Client Success Advisor, you will be a key partner for K-12 school districts within your dedicated territory in California. You’ll leverage your relationship-building skills, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities to support district and school site personnel, ensuring they maximize the value of SchoolStatus solutions. This isn’t just account management; it’s about making a tangible impact on educational outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Independently manage your client portfolio, strategically scheduling appointments and engagements to foster strong partnerships.
Analyze key data points and provide actionable insights and recommendations to districts regarding compliance needs and future growth opportunities with our solutions.
Collaborate directly with school site and district personnel, identifying opportunities to improve administrative efficiency and effectiveness using our platform.
Assist clients by collecting and compiling essential data required for various claims processes.
Serve as a trusted advisor, conducting engaging virtual sessions and occasional in-person visits to provide training and support to district and school staff.
Connect with stakeholders at all levels through diverse communication methods, including in-person visits, phone calls, and online web meetings.
Develop and nurture robust, long-term business relationships built on trust and mutual success.
Contribute to the overall team success by supporting colleagues on key initiatives and district engagements.
What You’ll Bring
A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional experience demonstrating strong foundational knowledge.
Willingness and ability to travel within California as needed, including occasional overnight stays during peak seasons (primarily Fall and Spring).
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as a valuable contributor within a collaborative team environment.
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as account management, client success, consulting, sales, or customer service.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work efficiently with minimal supervision, and navigate deadlines effectively.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with polished and professional speaking and presentation abilities adaptable for various audiences.
A proactive approach and willingness to adapt quickly within a rapidly evolving, high-growth technology company.
Solid working knowledge and comfort using the Microsoft Office Suite.
A clean driving record.

Compensation
U.S. Pay Range: $68,700—$71,500 USD
Please note: This range is a good faith estimate based on Equal Pay Laws. The final base pay offered will depend on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience and qualifications. We will discuss the comprehensive total compensation package during the interview process.
