This is a hands-on role where you’ll:

• Bring concepts to life by building pixel-perfect landing pages and web experiences directly in Framer. This includes mastering micro-interactions, scroll-based animations, and ensuring lightning-fast load times.
• Push the boundaries of web aesthetics by prototyping, testing, and finessing complex motion design sequences that make the M32 AI brand instantly recognizable and distinct from the competition.
• Think strategically about the user journey, mapping narrative arcs, optimizing user flows, and defining clear conversion goals for every page.
• Transform early-stage ideas, wireframes, and copy into high-fidelity visual masterpieces, often starting in Figma for exploration but always finalizing the interactive build in Framer.
• Develop and maintain a scalable, living design system within Framer, ensuring consistency and efficiency across our growing portfolio of product sites and marketing campaigns.
• Champion an iterative, data-driven approach by running rapid A/B experiments directly in Framer, tweaking everything from calls-to-action and layout to animation timing to achieve measurable uplift in key metrics.
• Ensure every single page build is performance-optimized (targeting Lighthouse 90+), fully responsive across all devices, and meets essential SEO standards for organic visibility.
• Document best practices, component libraries, and clear hand-off guides to empower other team members and ensure the scalability of our web operations.

Launch at least two high-impact, conversion-focused landing pages each month. The ultimate measure? Achieve a minimum of ≥20% lift in sign-ups or other core conversion metrics compared to previous versions, demonstrating the power of your motion design, storytelling, and user experience optimization.

Outcome 2: Building Efficiency with Reusable Assets

Establish a robust library of reusable Framer components (think dynamic hero sections, flexible pricing tables, engaging testimonial sliders). The goal is to create a drag-and-drop system that drastically cuts down future page build times (aiming for a 50% reduction) while maintaining exceptional visual quality.

Outcome 3: Sculpting a Signature Brand Identity

Define and solidify a unique, signature M32 AI web aesthetic. This means establishing a recognizable animation style, leveraging bold typography effectively, and implementing delightful, unexpected interactions that become synonymous with our brand.
