Tines, a leading innovator in security automation and workflow orchestration, is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our expanding EMEA sales division, specifically focusing on the exciting Nordics market.

We serve a diverse range of customers, from innovative startups to established public companies like Canva, Databricks, and Intercom.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial, mid-market, and enterprise accounts throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to deal closure.
  • Clearly articulate the capabilities, power, and value of the Tines automation platform to prospective and existing customers.
  • Identify innovative use cases to empower customers to overcome challenges and work more efficiently.
  • Proactively prospect for new leads to supplement the flow from our Business Development Representatives.
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales Engineering team to deliver exceptional technical support during the sales process.
  • Work cross-functionally with Legal, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure a world-class customer experience.
  • Develop and execute a strong business plan, in partnership with Sales Leadership, to achieve growth within your accounts and assigned territory, leveraging customer, partner, and community ecosystems.
  • Contribute to the development of repeatable strategies for new customer acquisition.
  • Provide valuable feedback to Product and Go-to-Market teams based on customer and prospect insights.
  • Embody our core values of speed, simplicity, and soundness in all your daily interactions.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 2+ years of full sales cycle experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience generating leads and qualifying sales opportunities, ideally within a software company.
  • Experience positioning solutions to cybersecurity or IT professionals is highly desirable.
  • Ability to effectively prospect for outbound leads while also nurturing and developing inbound lead flow.
  • A successful track record of achieving quarterly goals, metrics, and objectives.
  • Experience collaborating effectively across departments.
  • Coachability and a thirst for knowledge: open to feedback, committed to learning from mistakes, and eager to challenge the status quo.
  • A passion for working in an early-stage startup environment and a desire to make a significant impact.
  • Fluency in either Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian is required.
