Your Mission: Nurture and Expand Key Client Relationships
As an Account Manager – Global Strategic Brands, you will be the trusted advisor to our mid-tier Fintech, Payment Service Provider (PSP), and Financial Institution clients across the UK. You’ll own the entire sales lifecycle, from identifying new business opportunities to ensuring ongoing customer success. This role offers the exciting opportunity to develop deep, strategic partnerships that drive mutual growth and innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Account Ownership: Manage a portfolio of mid-tier Fintech, PSP, and Financial Institution accounts in the UK, cultivating strong, strategic relationships.
- Growth Identification: Uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with product and delivery teams to create tailored solutions.
- Strategic Prospecting: Proactively identify and engage new customers, employing a consultative approach to understand their pain points and showcase Form3’s value proposition.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans and calling strategies that align with both customer and Form3’s growth objectives.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline within CRM systems, diligently tracking activities and providing regular reports to senior stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Contribute to insightful financial and market analysis to support commercial proposals and product positioning.
- Seamless Onboarding: Collaborate with delivery and support teams to ensure a smooth post-sale transition for clients.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about the latest market trends, customer needs, and regulatory changes in the UK Fintech landscape to inform sales conversations and strategy.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with the following qualifications:
- Experience: 3โ4 years of account management experience within B2B Fintech, SaaS, or financial technology.
- Enterprise Expertise: Experience working with enterprise customers, navigating long sales cycles, and managing complex contractual arrangements.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven experience working with or selling to mid-large sized banks, Fintechs, or regulated financial institutions.
- Relationship Builder: Strong track record of building and managing client relationships, with a focus on growth and retention.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills across various seniority levels.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to manage a commercial sales pipeline and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
- Collaborative Spirit: Track record of collaborating with both clients and internal teams to deliver value.
- Fintech Passion: Genuine passion for Fintech and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
Bonus Points:
- Previous experience in business development or SDR roles (inbound or outbound).
- Background in a Fintech scale-up or high-growth B2B tech company.
- Understanding of the UK payments ecosystem, banking infrastructure, or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales performance tracking.

- Stage 3: Presentation Panel Interview with Sales Team
- Stage 4 (if required): Interview with a Senior Executive
