Your Role in Our Mission

As an Advisor Application Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing technology solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You’ll be a key contributor to our mission of transforming healthcare and making it more accessible and equitable for all. You’ll be at the forefront, responsible for

• Providing a 360-degree view of the account and demonstrate expertise in the domain.
• Providing recommendations on potential threats and risks, offering technology-focused insights.
• Implementing technical processes to roll out solutions and DevOps pipelines for efficiency.
• Delivering projects successfully while participating in change advisory and architecture review boards.
• Consulting on complex problems (Level 4 support) and actively participating in escalation calls.
• Conducting technical research, testing, evaluation, and documentation of hosting/configuration tools.
• Coordinating with application developers, managers, and customer experts to integrate necessary features.
• Providing high-level analysis and design reviews to prevent duplication of effort.
• Working with vendors to integrate applications, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Collaborating with product development teams on architectural requirements for client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced application architect with the following qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in application design and development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C and familiarity with Linux/Unix and SQL.
• Experience with RDBMS databases like SQL Server and Oracle, and ideally, healthcare data.
• Familiarity with software development tools, source code repositories (e.g., GitLab), and modern software design methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Position Details

This is a fully remote opportunity within the United States. Please note that video cameras are required for all interviews and during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $95,100.00 – $135,800.00 per year, and the specific base pay offered will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
