Your Role as an Appointment Setter:
As a Cold Caller and Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for pre-qualified leads. You’ll be responsible for engaging prospects, building rapport, and scheduling appointments for our senior advisors. This is a fantastic opportunity to hone your communication and sales skills while contributing to a company committed to financial security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to pre-qualified leads using provided scripts and lead packs.
- Qualify prospects by asking essential questions to understand their needs and availability.
- Warm up leads with professional and friendly phone interactions, creating a positive first impression.
- Schedule appointments for interested and available prospects.
- Adapt to various conversations, using scripts as a foundation but adjusting as needed.
- Promptly notify advisors when prospects are ready for in-depth consultations.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, representing the company and senior management with integrity.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or appointment setting is preferred.
- Ability to follow a script while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional phone presence.
- Comfort asking essential qualification questions.
- Ability to work effectively and independently from your home office.
- Self-motivated and driven by a performance-based compensation structure.
