What You’ll Do:

As a Remote Contract Arabic Interpreter, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality consecutive, first-person interpretation services across various settings. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering accurate and reliable interpretation services, maintaining the integrity of the message in every interaction.
• Adhering to interpreter protocols and procedures as defined by Propio Language Services and our valued clients.
• Upholding strict confidentiality standards and adhering to the highest ethical principles in all your interpreting activities.
• Continuously expanding your vocabulary and knowledge of specialized subject matter, particularly in fields such as medical, legal, and social services, to ensure accurate and effective communication.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you’ll need to demonstrate the following qualifications:

• An up-to-date resume submitted in English.
• Exceptional English language proficiency, with a rating of “technical proficiency” (3 or higher on the nationally recognized ILR scale).
• Successful completion of a Mock oral interpretation session, evaluated against our rigorous 24 quality standards.
• Passing score on Propio’s online Medical Terminology, Anatomy, and Physiology Assessment.
• Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and security screening.
• A signed commitment to confidentiality, adherence to ethical standards, and HIPAA compliance.

Bonus Points:

While not mandatory, the following experience will be a significant asset to your application:

• 1+ years of professional interpreting experience.
