(Associate) Product Manager – Derivatives

Are you passionate about product management and have a keen interest in financial derivatives? Scalable Capital is looking for a talented (Associate) Product Manager to join our Broker team and lead the charge in defining and delivering exceptional derivatives trading experiences. You’ll be at the forefront of making sophisticated investment strategies accessible to everyone.

Your Mission

As our (Associate) Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind our derivatives product, ensuring seamless tradability across all our offerings. You will:

• Define and Own: Craft and prioritize the roadmap for our derivatives trading features, making strategic trade-offs to maximize user value and business impact.
• Collaborate and Execute: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Partnerships teams to build, launch, and iterate on impactful product initiatives.
• Build Partnerships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with external partners, including derivatives issuers and financial data providers.
• Translate and Innovate: Transform user research, data analysis, and customer feedback into a compelling product vision, user stories, and intuitive user experiences.

What You Bring to the Table

We’re looking for a proactive and passionate individual with:

• Practical Experience: Product management experience, gained through junior PM roles, structured internships, or by spearheading product-focused projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Problem-Solving Prowess: A love for tackling challenges with a hands-on, customer-centric approach – from ideation to UX prototypes, user stories, and design.
• Product Management Expertise: A solid understanding of product management principles and the ability to integrate diverse inputs (user research, data, market analysis) into product strategy.
• Exceptional Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong Academic Foundation: A degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• Bonus Points: Experience with financial derivatives and a strong understanding of financial markets.
