About the Role

As an Associate Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our customer-facing lifecycle and CRM efforts. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our GFiber customers receive timely, relevant, and valuable communications across all our marketing platforms. This includes supporting the execution of our email program roadmap and managing its implementation across various channels, including the operation of our email infrastructure and marketing automation platform. Working closely with our digital, brand, and support teams, you’ll contribute to creating best-in-class communications that inform, educate, and enhance the value for our loyal customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Lifecycle Marketing Lead to deploy customer marketing campaigns, encompassing creative development, vendor relations, and marketing automation operations.
• Manage the day-to-day intake and oversee the campaign calendar across projects for the Customer Marketing team.
• Orchestrate shared resources to execute campaigns through a collaborative, cross-functional process from ideation to launch.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated and results-oriented individual with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing organization, consulting, or digital agency, with a focus on driving customer relationship marketing (CRM) and/or customer communications.
• Proven experience in overseeing customer marketing programs, including creative development, messaging, campaign execution, and operations.
• Experience in developing and applying customer segmentation and analytics to enhance lifecycle marketing strategies.

Bonus Points

Ideally, you’ll also possess these skills and experiences:

• Experience within consumer-centric telecommunications and/or software subscription service businesses.
• Experience in content marketing across digital channels such as email, in-app messaging, website, and social media.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and a strong understanding of cloud-based marketing & CRM automation tools (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo).
• Proficiency with email marketing tools, including setting up email journeys, building audiences, monitoring automated programs, and a basic understanding of HTML.

Compensation & Benefits

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $85,600 – $125,000 + bonus + cash award + benefits. Your recruiter will provide specific details regarding the salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
