Your Mission: Forge Strategic Alliances and Drive Growth

As our Business Development & Partnerships Manager, you will be instrumental in driving user acquisition and platform liquidity. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Identifying, evaluating, and closing strategic partnerships with DeFi protocols, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and other ecosystems to drive volume and user acquisition.
• Developing and nurturing relationships with institutional traders, market makers, and crypto-native funds to increase platform liquidity and engagement.
• Collaborating closely with our marketing, product, and engineering teams to align business development efforts with product updates, marketing campaigns, and community growth initiatives.
• Representing APX at key industry conferences, AMAs, Telegram communities, and hackathons to build brand visibility and foster strong relationships.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

We are looking for a self-starter with a strong understanding of the DeFi landscape and a proven track record of success in business development or partnerships within the perpetual DEX or futures industry. Ideally you’ll also have:

• 2+ years of proven business development or partnership experience in a Perp DEX or Futures industry.
• A strong understanding of DeFi protocols, perpetual DEXs, and market structure.
• An established network of connections with Protocols, KOLs, and Trading Communities to enable a quick and impactful start.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently represent APX at industry events, panels, and online communities.
• The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote, and globally distributed team.
