About the Opportunity: Bid Manager (German & English)
We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Bid Manager with exceptional German and English language skills to join our dynamic remote team.

As our Bid Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our expansion strategy, playing a vital role in securing new contracts and driving business growth.
You’ll manage the entire bid process from start to finish, collaborating with a talented international team to develop compelling proposals that resonate with our clients.
Responsibilities: Your Impact
- Proactively identify and assess new bid opportunities in our target markets.
- Lead and manage the complete bid lifecycle for non-Scandinavian opportunities, including RFIs, RFPs, and tenders.
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Operations, and Finance teams to gather essential information and align on delivery strategies.
- Craft persuasive bid content in fluent German and English, ensuring both linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Thoroughly analyze tender documents, assess bid requirements, and develop customized responses that address client needs.
- Maintain and update our bid libraries and reusable content databases.
- Track bid performance and contribute to post-submission clarifications and contract handover processes.
- Ensure all bids are submitted on time, in compliance with regulations, and meet all technical and commercial criteria.
Qualifications: What You Bring
- 3-7 years of proven experience managing German-language bids, ideally within B2B services.
- Experience working with German or DACH-based clients in public or private sector tenders.
- Native or near-native fluency in both written and spoken German and English is a must.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities in both languages.
- Familiarity with procurement portals and compliance processes in Germany or the DACH region.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote, multicultural team.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Languages, or a related field (preferred).
Bonus Points: Nice-to-Haves
- A solid understanding of the localization, language services, or tech-enabled service sectors.
- Familiarity with European procurement frameworks and tendering systems (e.g., TED, DTVP, or eVergabe platforms).
