Are you a driven, bilingual sales professional with a passion for connecting great talent with amazing companies? GoFasti is seeking a Part-Time Bilingual SaaS Sales Representative to join our team remotely from Latin America. In this pivotal role, you’ll be instrumental in expanding our reach, building relationships, and driving growth by connecting our top-tier tech talent with businesses in the LatAm and U.S. markets. We’re looking for someone proactive, highly communicative, detail-oriented, and genuinely excited about continuous learning and making an impact.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
This role is perfect for a sales hunter and relationship builder. We’re looking for:
- Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in SaaS sales or selling complex tech products.
- True Bilingual Fluency: Native-level Spanish and professional working proficiency in English are essential.
- Proven success selling to Small and Mid-Sized Businesses (SMBs) in both the Latin American and U.S. markets.
- Exceptional ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive, Monday.com) β experience with custom CRMs is a plus!
- A natural consultative sales approach, comfortable conducting engaging demos and navigating negotiations to close high-value deals.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Genuine interest in and understanding of the tech and AI landscape.
- A strong self-starter mindset β you’re motivated by results and thrive with autonomy.
Key Responsibilities – Making an Impact
As our Bilingual SaaS Sales Representative, you will:
- Actively generate and manage a qualified sales pipeline across the LatAm and U.S. markets.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting and outreach through demos, follow-ups, negotiation, and successful closing.
- Develop and deliver customized sales pitches, utilizing a consultative approach tailored specifically for small and mid-sized businesses.
- Translate complex technical value propositions into simple, compelling language that resonates with potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to refine our go-to-market strategy and optimize lead conversion.
- Efficiently manage all prospect interactions and data using our custom-built CRM platform.
- Serve as a crucial cultural bridge for our LatAm clients, expertly building trust and rapport in both Spanish and English.
Compensation & Work Model
This is a part-time independent contractor position, requiring approximately 20 hours per week. The compensation offered ranges from USD $800 to $1,200 per month, based on your experience and skillset. You will be working remotely, allocated to support our client’s sales efforts.
