Your Mission: Building Brand Love and Driving Growth

As our Senior Brand Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and executing brand strategies that resonate with US consumers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Brand Strategy & Planning: Developing and executing annual brand strategies and marketing plans.
• Market & Consumer Insight: Conducting market research, gathering consumer insights, and monitoring trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Product Innovation: Collaborating with product teams to align product capabilities with market needs and supporting innovation.
• Campaign Development: Creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborating with R&D, Quality, Sales, and other functions to ensure successful product delivery and market alignment.
• Brand Communication: Developing engaging brand content and overseeing external communications.
• Community & Brand Love: Nurturing and expanding the brand loyalty that is core to MORE Nutrition’s DNA.
• Performance Tracking: Tracking brand performance, analyzing data, and optimizing marketing strategies.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented individual with:

• 3-5 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or product development, preferably in the better-for-you nutrition space.
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in DTC, Amazon, and Retail channels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
• Experience in PR, brand localization, and performance measurement (preferred).
• Exceptional project management skills.
