Your Opportunity: Brand Manager for a Thriving Subscription Brand

Are you a passionate and driven Brand Manager ready to take full ownership and make a tangible impact? We’re looking for a strategic thinker to champion one of our subscription-based brands. This isn’t just a marketing or product launch role; it’s about crafting an exceptional brand experience that keeps customers engaged and delighted.

As a Brand Manager, your core mission will be to elevate the customer experience, minimize churn, and boost customer satisfaction. You’ll achieve this by leveraging data-driven insights, meticulously curating each subscription box, and continuously refining what “exceptional” truly means.

Key Responsibilities: Owning the Customer Journey

  • Customer Experience Champion: Collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback from surveys to understand the reception of each box, item, and the overall unboxing experience. Identify areas for improvement and implement impactful changes.
  • Subscription Box Curator: Curate the contents of each subscription box, ensuring quality, variety, and alignment with the brand’s identity through effective sourcing and supplier coordination.
  • Creative Asset Management: Oversee the creation of high-quality printed and digital assets (instructions, guides, magazines) included in the box, working closely with copywriters and designers to maintain brand consistency.
  • Churn Reduction & Retention: Monitor churn metrics and customer sentiment to proactively address risks, develop cancellation prevention flows, and implement loyalty programs to maximize customer retention.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with creative, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with customer expectations.

Skills & Experience: What You Bring to the Table

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience working with D2C products.
  • A deep understanding of what constitutes a truly exceptional customer experience.
  • A hands-on, execution-focused mindset with a strong sense of initiative and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across remote, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking, coupled with ownership and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English and the ability to thrive independently in a fully remote environment.

Our Recruitment Process: Finding the Perfect Fit

  1. Introductory Call (20-30 min): Get to know us, and let us learn about your background, the role, and our company culture.
  2. Role-Related Task: A practical assignment that simulates real-world aspects of the position, showcasing your problem-solving approach.
  3. Final Interview (45-60 min): A deeper conversation with the Hiring Manager and HR to explore your expertise, vision for the role, and answer your questions.
  4. Reference Check: A final step to validate your previous experience and ensure a strong mutual fit.
  5. Decision & Feedback: Transparent and timely feedback, regardless of the outcome.

Compensation: Investing in Your Success

Fixed Service Fee: €1,800 – €3000 after taxes, commensurate with your skills, competencies, and experience.

Important Note: This role is based on a freelance agreement.

Eligibility & Location Requirements: Where You Can Work

100% Remote: Work from anywhere!

Our team operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3.

We use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.

For full-time roles, we expect hires to be available during at least 5 hours of typical working hours in the EET time zone to ensure effective collaboration and communication. (This requirement does not apply to part-time roles.)
