As a Business Analyst, you’ll work directly with our clients, understanding their strategic goals and translating them into actionable requirements for our development teams. This is a full-time, long-term remote contract position based in Brazil.

Your Role: Shaping Client Success Through Analysis

As a Business Analyst, you will be a key player in ensuring the success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and analyzing client requirements, understanding their business strategies, and identifying open issues.
• Creating mockups and providing consulting services to guide clients toward optimal solutions.
• Documenting business requirements clearly and accurately, serving as the “source of truth” for specific functionalities.
• Maintaining the accuracy of documentation, refining requirements, and communicating changes/clarifications to project teams.
• Developing reports, dashboards, workflows, use cases, data flows, and process flows to communicate project status and insights.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

We’re looking for someone who possesses a blend of analytical skills, communication prowess, and a collaborative spirit. Key qualifications include:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, working with external clients and internal teams (Designers, Developers, QA, Product, UX/UI, Architects, Program Management, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Interactive Multimedia, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Superior listening skills and the ability to conduct meaningful conversations with clients and internal teams to understand underlying concerns.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities within a Scrum/Agile methodology.
• A strong understanding of datasets, APIs, and creating mappings to facilitate seamless data integration.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently present alternative suggestions to clients.
• Expertise in translating business requirements into clear and concise technical requirements.
• Experience with design and design tools is a significant plus.
• Experience creating user journeys, user stories, site path diagrams, and use cases for testing purposes.
• Working knowledge of tools like Confluence, JIRA, Power BI, Excel, MIRO, and other data analysis and collaboration tools.
• Solid critical thinking skills to effectively solve problems and drive projects to completion.
• Previous experience with transformation deliveries is a major advantage.
• Comfort working and communicating with a collaborative, globally distributed team.
