About the Role

As a Business Analyst at Vinbay, you will play a vital role in shaping our SaaS products and driving operational excellence. You’ll be the key liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all teams. This is a remote or hybrid position, preferably based near Cairo, Egypt, with working hours from Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

What You’ll Do

• Lead engaging requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into comprehensive functional and technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to define MVPs, impactful features, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Support the entire software development lifecycle, from creating insightful wireframes and mockups to facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Analyze product performance and user data to identify data-driven opportunities for enhancement, ensuring product features align perfectly with market demands.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to business objectives and stringent data privacy standards.
• Act as a strategic liaison, fostering clear communication and seamless alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual with a passion for SaaS and a proven track record of success. Here’s what we hope to see in your application:

• Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 3+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Functional Analyst, with a strong preference for experience in a SaaS environment.
• Experience in effectively collecting, thoroughly analyzing, and meticulously validating business requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including efficient backlog grooming and effective sprint planning.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a strong advantage.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong Analytical Skills: A proven ability to effectively elicit, meticulously analyze, and thoroughly document user and business requirements.
• Excellent Communication & Documentation Skills: The ability to prepare detailed user stories, process flows, and comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Proficiency in Key Tools: Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Lucidchart is required.
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is highly preferred.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: A proven track record of managing relationships and working closely with product, tech, and QA teams.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a valuable asset.
• Adaptability: The ability to thrive under pressure and effectively manage multiple priorities.
