What You’ll Do:

• Dive deep into the analysis and design of business applications, ensuring they seamlessly integrate with Business Central.
• Actively participate in global Business Central implementations, contributing to the standardization and optimization of our processes across different regions.
• Collaborate effectively with external contractors, leveraging their expertise to achieve our project goals.
• Partner with business units worldwide, understanding their unique needs and tailoring Business Central solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Maintain the smooth operation of our Business Central environment and related business applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

What You’ll Bring:

• A university degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience demonstrating your expertise in business applications and ERP systems.
• Proven experience in designing and developing software and services, with a strong understanding of software development principles.
• Solid knowledge of AL programming, extensions, API integrations, and system optimization techniques within the Business Central environment.
• A deep understanding of Business Central main business processes and how they can be effectively leveraged to improve business outcomes.
• Experience with SaaS upgrades, ensuring seamless transitions to the latest versions of Business Central.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team of experts, contributing your unique skills and perspectives.
• An ambitious and solution-oriented mindset, always seeking innovative ways to improve our processes and systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong English proficiency, enabling effective communication with colleagues and partners around the world.
