  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment of business development efforts with overall company strategy.
  • Track Performance and Optimize: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing valuable insights to continuously improve our business development efforts.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual who possesses the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in business development management.
  • Proven experience in the iGaming, sports betting, casino, or related industries is essential.
  • Demonstrable success in developing and executing business strategies and achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to thrive in a remote team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
