About the Role: Business Growth & Partnerships Representative
We’re seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Business Growth & Partnerships Representative to play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and leading initiatives that accelerate our growth trajectory.
This is a dynamic role for a self-starter with a proven track record in data-driven sales. You’ll own your pipeline, navigate the market with resilience and creativity, and build trust with challenging clients. You will contribute to the shape of product and accelerate the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Representing business development efforts to identify and pursue new revenue opportunities for WeatherXM data products.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including technology partners, resellers, and distributors of WeatherXM weather stations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with product development teams to shape product strategy and roadmap based on market feedback and insights.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, track progress against goals, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize business development efforts.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Proven success in business development, sales, or related roles within the weather, tech, SaaS, or related sectors.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute innovative business development strategies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic tech environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and market trends.
