The Opportunity: Shape Our Channel Success
As a Channel Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and strengthening Keeper’s vital network of resellers, distributors, and strategic alliances. Reporting to the Senior Global Channel Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in executing strategies that drive demand, enable our partners, and accelerate revenue growth within our channel ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a high-impact, visible role.
What You’ll Do
- Drive the execution of integrated channel marketing plans designed to generate demand, enhance partner enablement, and boost revenue across our partner network.
- Collaborate closely with the channel sales team to develop and launch co-branded marketing campaigns with resellers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Oversee the creation, localization, and distribution of compelling partner-facing assets, including datasheets, email templates, sales battlecards, and ready-to-use campaign kits.
- Manage logistics and promotion for joint events and webinars with partners, ensuring smooth execution from pre-event outreach to post-event follow-up.
- Support the administration of Keeper’s partner portal, ensuring content is current, easily accessible, and aligned with our latest go-to-market priorities.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including campaign results, partner engagement levels, and ROI, using insights to refine future strategies.
- Serve as a key liaison between internal teams (Product Marketing, Digital, Creative, Sales) and the channel, tailoring messaging and assets for the partner audience.
- Assist in onboarding new partners by supporting enablement initiatives such as welcome kits, training materials, and joint launch announcements.
- Work in lockstep with channel sales managers, providing tactical marketing support and ensuring alignment with quarterly business objectives.
- Maintain a dynamic calendar of channel marketing activities, ensuring timely planning and execution of deliverables.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activities, and partner feedback to continuously optimize Keeper’s channel marketing approach.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a minimum of 1-2 years specifically focused on channel, partner, or field marketing.
- Proven experience supporting go-to-market strategies through indirect channels, including managing relationships and programs with resellers, distributors, and technology alliances.
- Familiarity and practical experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and partner portals (e.g., Impartner).
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and a genuine partner-first mindset.
- A collaborative spirit with the ability to build strong working relationships across various teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Partnerships).
- Agility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adapting quickly to change.
- An analytical mindset with experience reporting on campaign performance, partner engagement, and ROI.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with a strong sense of ownership and a drive for execution.
- Experience in the cybersecurity, SaaS, or broader technology sectors is highly preferred.
