What You’ll Do as a Claims Associate

As our Claims Associate, you will be a vital link in our claims process, providing critical administrative and technical support to our P&C Claims team. You’ll ensure the timely and accurate handling of essential claims information, contributing directly to the exceptional service our clients expect. Your responsibilities will include:

• Initiating and reporting claims to insurance carriers.
• Efficiently managing claim intake via email inboxes and internal systems.
• Collecting and preparing all necessary documentation for Notice of Loss submissions.
• Confirming successful claim submissions and communicating key details (claim number, adjuster contact, etc.) to internal teams and clients.
• Maintaining up-to-date claims systems (AMS, ImageRight, Epic experience is a plus!).
• Supporting the generation of loss runs, historical data reporting, and claims reviews.
• Collaborating closely with our Claims Advocates and Data Analysts to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

To succeed in this remote Claims Associate role, you should have:

• At least 2+ years of experience in insurance, legal support, customer service, or a related administrative field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – clarity is key!
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• The ability to be self-motivated, reliable, and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting.
• A capacity to work both autonomously and as a collaborative member of a team.

Location & Work Schedule

This is a remote position. While we are flexible, preference will be given to candidates located in or available to consistently work during Pacific Time Zone (PST) business hours.
