Your Mission: Champion Client Success and Foster Lasting Partnerships

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be the cornerstone of our client relationships, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact. You’ll be responsible for nurturing these partnerships, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded through proactive communication, strategic guidance, and the delivery of high-impact marketing outcomes. You’ll be working closely with our in-house media buying and design teams to make our clients’ dreams come true.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through weekly virtual meetings and continuous communication via Slack.
  • Strategic Support: Provide high-touch support, campaign updates, and actionable insights to help clients achieve their marketing goals and business objectives.
  • Upsell Opportunities: Proactively identify upsell opportunities and introduce new services that align with client needs and fuel business growth.
  • Internal Liaison: Serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams (media buyers and designers), ensuring seamless communication and effective execution of deliverables.
  • Project Tracking: Utilize ClickUp to meticulously log and track deliverables from initiation to completion.
  • Performance Reporting: Maintain clear and timely documentation of performance metrics, deliverables, and meeting outcomes.
  • Campaign Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed expectations.
  • Collaboration & Delegation: Partner with internal teams to delegate tasks for optimizations, creative updates, or strategy shifts based on performance.
  • Insightful Reporting: Ensure clients receive timely and insightful reports, with data interpreted in a way that supports informed decision-making.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with leadership and sales to communicate evolving client needs, introduce new services, and support renewals.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues that impact client satisfaction, providing timely and professional follow-up and closure.
  • Service Excellence: Champion a high standard of service that drives retention and long-term client success.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Exceptional English, relationship-building, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience with Google Ads campaign execution and detailed reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with media buyers and designers to meet client objectives.
  • Strategic and detail-oriented mindset with strong time management skills.
  • Extroverted personality, thriving in client interactions via phone and video conferencing.
  • Confidence in leading client calls via video with a polished and professional presence.
  • Customer-first approach to problem-solving and driving success.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp), Google Suite, and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong crisis management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and people management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in account management, client services, or a similar role in a digital marketing environment.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships, marketing campaigns, and delivering measurable results.
  • Experience with project management software, CRM platforms, and video conferencing tools.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth digital agency or marketing organization (a plus).
  • Ability to simplify technical or data-heavy topics into actionable insights for clients.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing strategy, campaign lifecycle, and KPIs (a significant advantage).
