What You’ll Do: The Heart of Creator Growth

As our Client Success Manager, you will be the primary advocate and trusted advisor for our talented roster of creators. You’ll be responsible for guiding them through every stage of their journey, from seamless onboarding to long-term success. Reporting directly to the CEO and Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong, lasting partnerships.

  • Onboarding Expert: Lead the onboarding process for new creators, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration into our platform and systems.
  • Relationship Builder: Cultivate and maintain strong, authentic relationships with creators through regular check-ins, proactive communication, and personalized support.
  • Internal Liaison: Act as a bridge between creators and our internal teams (creative, management, strategy), facilitating seamless collaboration and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Performance Navigator: Host engaging weekly/bi-weekly meetings with creators to discuss performance metrics, content direction, and industry updates, providing constructive feedback and actionable insights.
  • Problem Solver: Proactively identify and address any challenges or concerns, providing creative and effective solutions to ensure creator satisfaction and growth.
  • Data-Driven Advocate: Track key creator satisfaction and performance metrics, escalating issues as needed and collaborating with internal teams to optimize strategies.
  • Process Innovator: Support the Operations Manager in refining client management systems, processes, and project management workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What You’ll Bring: Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for empowering digital creators.

  • Proven experience in account management, client success, or talent management (experience in the digital content industry is highly preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster trust.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Comfortable hosting virtual meetings and delivering performance feedback in a professional and constructive manner.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism in all interactions.
