Your Mission: Exceed Client Expectations

As a Client Support Unicorn, you’ll be the go-to person for our clients, ensuring they feel supported, engaged, and connected. You’ll leverage your EA skills, customer success acumen, and communication prowess to deliver outstanding service.

Core Responsibilities

  • Masterfully manage executive inboxes and correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Organize calendars, schedule meetings, and confirm appointments with precision and efficiency.
  • Proactively track tasks, projects, and deadlines, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Prepare agendas, documents, and notes for meetings, contributing to productive discussions.
  • Organize files, documents, and data for easy access, streamlining information retrieval.
  • Seamlessly book travel and manage itineraries, ensuring smooth and stress-free travel arrangements.
  • Conduct light research to support decision-making, providing valuable insights to clients.

Client Success Focus

  • Respond to support tickets and client emails promptly and professionally, resolving issues effectively.
  • Send regular updates, reminders, and weekly reports, keeping clients informed and engaged.
  • Proactively check in with clients and accounts, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Set up onboarding dashboards, folders, or knowledge bases, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Schedule check-ins, calls, and follow-ups, maintaining consistent communication and building rapport.
  • Collect testimonials, feedback, and call notes, gathering valuable insights to enhance service delivery.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in client success, support, or as an executive assistant.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a genuine client-first mindset.
  • A naturally proactive, collaborative, and responsive approach, ensuring clients feel supported and valued.
  • Highly organized and consistent in managing tickets, reports, and follow-ups.
  • A growth-oriented mindset with a desire for a long-term partnership and opportunities for professional advancement.
