Compensation
This is an independent contractor role and 100% commission-based. Earnings are performance-driven and uncapped.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls with clients to provide information and guidance

  • Set appointments with individuals who have expressed interest in benefits

  • Deliver virtual presentations to explain available coverage and options

  • Assist clients in choosing the right benefits to meet their needs

  • Submit applications and ensure all eligibility requirements are met

  • Track and report daily activities and client interactions

  • Participate in ongoing training to develop new skills and expand product knowledge

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent (higher education a plus)

  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage time effectively

  • Customer-facing or service experience is helpful but not required

  • Self-motivated and results-driven
