  • Maintaining proactive, compassionate communication with care partners, keeping them informed and supported throughout the process.
  • Evaluating basic functional skills to help determine readiness for clinical evaluations.
  • Building strong rapport with clients and care partners, fostering a positive and trusting relationship.
  • Supporting sales efforts by guiding families through the trial process, necessary documentation, and preliminary financial questions.
  • Accurately documenting all customer interactions and relevant information within the CRM system (HubSpot proficiency preferred).
  • Tracking and reporting key metrics related to customer engagement, trial progress, and success rates.
  • Ensuring clients feel fully confident and competent in using their device independently by the conclusion of the trial period.
  • Collaborating effectively with internal teams to share customer insights, provide updates, and align on ongoing support needs.
  • Staying current with all Lingraphica product features, updates, and best practices to provide expert guidance.
  • Sharing valuable feedback and innovative ideas to continuously improve internal processes and the overall customer experience.
  • Assisting teammates as needed to contribute to shared departmental goals and success.
