Clinical Account Executive (RPh) – Drive Clinical Excellence and Client Success

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Clinical Account Executive (RPh) to join our Client Services team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a strategic clinical partner, collaborating with existing clients to enhance the quality of care, manage costs, and ultimately improve patient outcomes. This is a remote position (subject to state restrictions, see below). Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary clinical contact for assigned clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
• Lead and facilitate client meetings, offering valuable clinical insights and recommendations.
• Develop and implement tailored clinical plans aligned with client goals and corporate strategies.
• Analyze client data to identify opportunities for improvement in healthcare quality, cost control, and drug utilization.
• Recommend and oversee the implementation of targeted clinical programs to address specific client needs.
• Provide expert consultation on plan and benefit design, ensuring optimal value and patient access.
• Collaborate on the development and delivery of comprehensive annual reviews to clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on formulary management and administration strategies.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs and services, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest clinical advancements and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required; MBA or equivalent, and Marketing experience are a plus.
• Current licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in your home state or the ability to obtain reciprocity within 4 months.
• Strong understanding of the PBM industry, clinical programs, pharmacy claims data, and managed care principles.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including the creation of tables, charts, and figures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with all applicable regulations.
