Our Information Systems (IS) team is the engine that drives our internal operations, ensuring our employees have the tools and systems they need to deliver exceptional value to our customers. We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Cloud Administrator to join our team and help us build a best-in-class IT environment.
About the Role: Your Impact
As our Cloud Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting and improving OpenSesame’s internal IT infrastructure. You’ll be responsible for resolving escalated issues, managing core tools, and driving automation and security initiatives. - Problem Solving: Tackle escalated IT support tickets and resolve them efficiently.
- System Management: Maintain and optimize our core IT tools, including Jamf, Google Workspace, and Okta.
- Security Champion: Enforce enterprise data and internet security practices.
- Automation Innovator: Identify and implement AI-driven or automation-based solutions to improve internal processes.
- Project Leadership: Independently manage and complete IT projects from start to finish.
Your First Four Months: A Performance-Based Journey
We believe in setting clear goals and providing you with the support you need to succeed. Here’s a glimpse of what you can expect in your first four months:
- Within 30 Days: Understand team priorities, familiarize yourself with our IT infrastructure, shadow IT support specialists and the Systems Administrator, complete onboarding, and assist with project tasks.
- Within 60 Days: Independently manage escalated IT support tickets, complete project assignments, demonstrate proficiency in Jamf, Google Workspace, and Okta, and maintain enterprise security practices.
- Within 90 Days: Manage a full workload, participate in cross-training, demonstrate admin-level proficiency in additional IT tools, introduce an automation solution, and contribute to security compliance audits.
- Within 120 Days: Audit account provisioning workflows, lead the technical evaluation and implementation of automation projects, demonstrate full ownership of all tools and applications, and transition into autonomous operations.

Location and Mindset:
This is a remote-first role, but we require candidates to be located in regions with significant overlap with U.S. time zones.
