The Opportunity: Company Secretary Executive (Hong Kong Focus, Malaysia Based)

We are seeking a motivated and meticulous Company Secretary Executive to join our remote team based in Malaysia. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional corporate services specifically tailored for our clients operating in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities & Outcomes (within 6-12 months):

  • Master the process of facilitating company incorporations, annual returns, and other essential corporate changes for Hong Kong entities under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance.

  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and uphold high standards of corporate governance, safeguarding our clients’ interests.

  • Provide outstanding support and expert guidance to our clients, nurturing strong client relationships and ensuring their complete satisfaction.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal Sleek teams to streamline operations and contribute to our company’s strategic objectives, fostering a cohesive and efficient environment.

Who You Are: Skills & Attributes for Success

To excel in this remote role based in Malaysia, you will likely have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business-related fields such as corporate secretarial, compliance, customer services, or administration.
