What You’ll Do: A Day in the Life
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with ActBlue’s mission and KPIs, working closely with marketing leadership.
- Spearhead large-scale, cross-departmental projects, ensuring seamless coordination and effective stakeholder management.
- Craft compelling, on-brand content across diverse channels, including video, blogs, social media, advertising, and email marketing.
- Conceptualize and execute data-driven product marketing efforts, from initial ideation to performance analysis.
- Use data analysis and market research insights to refine strategies and report on marketing effectiveness.
- Monitor spending against team budget allocations.
- Lead cross-functional working groups, driving progress on key tasks and programs.
- Champion continuous improvement in content management, leveraging tools like Grammarly, WordPress, and HubSpot.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends through educational opportunities and relevant publications.
- Support additional projects as needed, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
What You Bring to the Table
- 2-4+ years of relevant work experience in content strategy and marketing.
- Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies with measurable results.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management abilities, adept at leading multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including CMS and CRM systems.
- A deep passion for progressive causes and a commitment to empowering small-dollar donors.
- Resilience and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Work & Benefits Snapshot
This is a full-time, remote, salaried position with occasional travel for team retreats. We offer:
- A competitive salary range of $71,050.00 – $85,000.00 – $98,900.00, commensurate with experience.
