The Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented and driven Creative Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience to become a key member of our global design studio. This pivotal remote role will empower you to lead the creation of high-impact digital assets, serving both our internal teams and our diverse client base. We’re looking for a designer whose work is not only visually stunning but also deeply concept-driven, translating strategic ideas into compelling visuals.
What You’ll Create:
Your canvas will be broad, encompassing a variety of essential digital touchpoints. You’ll be responsible for designing:
- Engaging campaign visuals
- High-performing digital banners and ads
- Conversion-focused landing pages
- Professional presentations and client decks
- And other crucial digital marketing materials.
Exposure to and contribution on UX/UI design projects may also be part of your scope.
Collaboration & Impact:
You won’t be working in a silo. This role requires close collaboration with our global account managers, marketing leads, and other creatives. Your ability to translate briefs, contribute fresh ideas, and ensure a cohesive visual language will be critical to our success. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining and applying Adcore’s brand standards across all deliverables, becoming a guardian of our visual identity.
What You’ll Do:
- Transform strategic briefs into innovative visual concepts and polished designs for various digital channels.
- Design and produce a wide range of essential digital assets, including marketing campaigns, banners, ads, landing pages, and decks.
- Act as a brand champion, ensuring consistent application of brand standards across all outputs.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams globally (marketing, client services, product).
- Actively participate in creative brainstorming sessions, bringing new ideas to the table.
- Stay current with the latest visual trends, tools, and digital design best practices.
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional, hands-on graphic design experience, preferably in the digital space.
- A compelling and well-organized portfolio showcasing your conceptual thinking and strong execution skills across digital assets.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – a must for effective global teamwork.
- A degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field is considered a plus.
- Experience or skills in motion graphics or video editing are a strong advantage.
