Are you passionate about cryptocurrency, blockchain, and community building? Stronghold is seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Manager to be the voice and face of our SHx token community. This role is a fantastic opportunity to lead community strategy, growth, and engagement for a groundbreaking fintech company.

Your Mission: Building and Nurturing the SHx Community

As the SHx Community Manager, you will be responsible for fostering meaningful relationships and creating long-term engagement strategies within our SHx ecosystem. You will be the primary point of contact for our community, representing SHx at events and conferences. You’ll own the entire community function, from planning engaging activations to facilitating valuable user feedback loops. This position reports directly to the CEO and requires close collaboration with our Marketing Associate, Content Producer, and Product Marketing teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and execute the SHx community strategy across key platforms like Discord, Twitter/X, and Telegram.
• Provide empathetic and accurate responses to community inquiries and feedback.
• Represent SHx at industry events, meetups, and conferences.
• Design and host virtual events such as AMAs, webinars, and token update sessions.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to surface actionable community insights.
• Craft engaging updates and messaging tailored for SHx token holders and advocates.
• Track key metrics on engagement and sentiment, and regularly report on community health to leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in community management or a related field, ideally within blockchain, fintech, or tech startups.
• Proven ability to build and manage thriving online communities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in prompting AI tools like ChatGPT and/or Claude
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and SHx is a major plus.
• A deep understanding of online community dynamics and the ability to navigate complex situations.
• A passion for creating inclusive, engaged, and vibrant communities.
• A proactive, problem-solving approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to remain professional and enthusiastic, even in the face of potential conflict.
