Join Our Team as a Customer Support Specialist (Temporary to Potential Full-Time)
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer support and eager to grow your career? We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team on a temporary basis, with the possibility of converting to a full-time role.
What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving their concerns through various channels:
- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and web-based platforms.
- Process applications and conduct audits with precision and efficiency.
- Offer clear and concise guidance on certification pathways and eligibility criteria.
- Maintain and update our customer database with accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop and distribute effective customer communications.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, program changes, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the improvement of processes and procedures through documentation and refinement.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking individuals who possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college or Associate’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of one year of experience in an office or customer service environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Proven ability to write clear, concise, and grammatically correct communications.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude even under pressure.
- Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software (e.g., copier, fax machine, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Entry-level experience accepted.
Compensation and Benefits:
This is a 5-month temporary assignment offering an hourly rate between $17.00 and $20.00, depending on experience. There is a potential for this role to convert into a full-time position.
