Are you passionate about helping people and providing exceptional service? We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Representative I to join our growing team! As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience with our company.
What You’ll Do:
In this entry-level role, you’ll be the go-to person for handling a variety of customer inquiries and support requests. You’ll be empowered to:
- Answer inbound customer calls and emails with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries related to billing, account changes, and other common issues.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service in every interaction.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of our products and services through ongoing training.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that benefit our customers.
- Collaborate with senior team members (CX Rep II/III, Leads, Supervisors) or internal partners to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by your manager and department.
- Embrace other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the team’s overall success.
What You’ll Need:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A high school graduate or equivalent.
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (or similar tools).
- (Preferred) Experienced in a call center environment for two years.
- Able to meet our minimum internet speed requirements of 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload (a speed test will be required).
- Able to work from a designated workspace free from distractions
- Willing to participate in a 2-week virtual training program.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong problem-solver with excellent attention to detail.
