Remote Customer Operations Representative – Southwest Region

Join our dynamic team as a Remote Customer Operations Representative! In this fully virtual role, you’ll be the face of our company for customers in the Southwest Region (TX, OK, LA, AR, KS – Central Time Zone). Enjoy the flexibility of working from your home office, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST.

What You’ll Do:

As a vital member of our Customer Operations team, you will:

  • Handle order entry with precision and efficiency.
  • Address pricing and product inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Check product availability and keep customers informed.
  • Collaborate on resolving and reporting quality concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and telephone skills.
  • Execute order management best practices, adhering to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure accurate order lifecycle management, minimizing errors and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively across departments, using diplomacy and tact to align resources and exceed customer expectations.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to escalate issues promptly for efficient resolution.
  • A positive and professional representation of the company at all times.
  • Advanced order management expertise.
  • The ability to act as a liaison between customers, sales, supply chain, and manufacturing.
  • A strong understanding of customer service SOPs.
  • Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance principles.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for tracking customer interactions and identifying areas for process improvement.
  • The ability to identify process trends, analyze issues, and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of relevant Customer Service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of comparable Customer Service experience.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with JD Edwards E1 ERP system.
  • Familiarity with CRM applications.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is an hourly position with a pay range of $18.31 – $31.56/hr. Actual starting pay will be commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
