Remote Customer Operations Representative – Southwest Region
Join our dynamic team as a Remote Customer Operations Representative! In this fully virtual role, you’ll be the face of our company for customers in the Southwest Region (TX, OK, LA, AR, KS – Central Time Zone). Enjoy the flexibility of working from your home office, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST.
What You’ll Do:
As a vital member of our Customer Operations team, you will:
- Handle order entry with precision and efficiency.
- Address pricing and product inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Check product availability and keep customers informed.
- Collaborate on resolving and reporting quality concerns.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and telephone skills.
- Execute order management best practices, adhering to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure accurate order lifecycle management, minimizing errors and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively across departments, using diplomacy and tact to align resources and exceed customer expectations.

- Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance principles.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for tracking customer interactions and identifying areas for process improvement.
- The ability to identify process trends, analyze issues, and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Minimum of 1+ years of relevant Customer Service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Bonus Points:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 3+ years of comparable Customer Service experience.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with JD Edwards E1 ERP system.
- Familiarity with CRM applications.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is an hourly position with a pay range of $18.31 – $31.56/hr. Actual starting pay will be commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
