As a Customer Opinion Research Analyst, you’ll be the voice of the customer, helping us understand their needs and improve our services.

You’ll play a critical role in analyzing customer feedback from multiple channels, identifying trends, and creating reports that drive strategic decisions. Best of all, this role is fully remote within Hungary, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the country!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Dive into customer comments, manually categorizing them to uncover key issues and feedback themes.
• Conduct thorough internet research to investigate software problems reported by our customers.
• Produce insightful daily reporting to keep stakeholders informed.
• Transform complex data into clear, concise summaries and compelling PowerPoint presentations.
• Perform market research and product comparisons to pinpoint strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred).
• Fluent English (C1 level)
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and general troubleshooting tools.
• A deeply customer-focused mindset – patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
• Exceptional ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow established procedures.
• Bonus points for prior experience in BPO, Customer Service, and/or technical support.
