Your Mission: Championing Customer Success

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be more than just a point of contact; you’ll be a strategic partner. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building Strong Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across R&D, Operations, and Manufacturing organizations.
  • Driving Business Outcomes: Collaborate with customers to understand their objectives and ensure they achieve successful outcomes using QbDVision’s solutions.
  • Strategic Investment Guidance: Partner with customers to evaluate their QbDVision investment, identify areas for improvement, and maximize their ROI.
  • Innovation Evangelist: Promote awareness of the latest features and innovations in the QbDVision platform.
  • Best Practice Sharing: Proactively share best practices both internally and with customers to drive continuous improvement.
  • Account Growth Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional account teams to identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented individual with the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in life sciences, software, or consulting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with global pharmaceutical companies, understanding their unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Customer-facing consulting experience, with a track record of building trust and delivering value.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% to visit customers and attend industry events.
