As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be a vital part of our global support team, delivering fast, professional, and authentically human support to our valued customers.

Imagine being the cheerleader for businesses as they master the Timely platform and achieve success. This role involves communicating via phone, email, chat, and social media, so confidence in live troubleshooting over the phone is essential. We are looking for someone who is skilled in investigating problems and finding solutions and who isn’t afraid of ambiguity.

You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities to enhance the value of the Timely platform, championing continuous improvement and innovation in our support delivery. What You’ll Do

  • Provide multi-channel support: Be available via phone, email, chat, and social media, responding quickly and effectively to customer inquiries.
  • Deliver exceptional customer interactions: Ensure every interaction is friendly, professional, and authentically human.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Use your investigative skills and initiative to tackle even the most complex customer challenges.
  • Identify value-added opportunities: Showcase the additional benefits of the Timely platform to our customers.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Seek out opportunities to enhance our support delivery methods.
  • Collaborate with other Timely teams: Work together to deliver the best platform and customer care.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Experience: Proven track record in technical support, ideally within a SaaS environment. Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus!
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in resolving issues live over the phone.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to translate technical jargon into easily understandable language.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to handle stressful situations with clarity, compassion, and sound judgment.
  • Proactive and Empathic Approach: A proactive, quick, precise, and empathetic working style, with a passion for investigating problems and delivering valuable solutions.
  • Independence and Adaptability: Ability to thrive without micromanagement and adapt to rostered work hours to support our customers.
  • Software Familiarity: Experience with modern support software (e.g., Zendesk) and productivity apps (e.g., Slack).
