Cambium Learning Group is seeking talented Technical Assessment Data Analyst Interns to join our team for an engaging part-time experience this fall (September – mid-December). Your Mission: Transforming Data into Actionable Insights

As a Data Analyst Intern, you’ll collaborate with our team to understand client needs and translate them into impactful data solutions. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our client deliverables, contributing to the success of our partners in education. Your responsibilities will include:

• Deeply understanding client requirements and specifications.
• Developing Python scripts to perform comprehensive data analysis.
• Guaranteeing the overall quality and integrity of client deliverables.
• Communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and concise information via phone, email, and online collaboration tools.

What You Bring to the Table: Skills and Experience

We’re looking for candidates who are eager to learn, possess a strong analytical mindset, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Ideally, you’ll have:

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Excellent computer skills and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software and hardware.
• Solid data analysis experience.
• Proficiency in Python programming, including experience with libraries like Pandas. Familiarity with ReportLab and/or R programming is a definite plus!
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proven ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with SQL (nice to have).
• Comfort and experience with remote work environments and collaboration tools like email and MS Teams.

Essential Requirements for Success

To ensure a smooth and productive internship, you’ll need:

• A reliable high-speed internet connection (cable or fiber-optic broadband) with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
• The ability to actively participate in video-based interviews and ongoing virtual meetings with your camera on.
