About the Role: Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our decision-making process, leveraging data to shape our product roadmap and drive growth. You’ll be responsible for:

• Analyzing large, intricate datasets (both on-chain and off-chain) to generate strategic and actionable product insights.
• Developing models and dashboards to monitor validator performance, user behavior, and overall protocol efficiency.
• Investigating network economics, user incentives, and staking flows to inform growth strategies and identify new revenue streams.
• Conducting in-depth exploratory and root-cause analyses of ecosystem or performance fluctuations.
• Building robust data tools and reporting frameworks to streamline internal decision-making processes.
• Presenting complex data insights and compelling data stories to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, strategy, or research roles within the tech, fintech, or crypto industries.
• Expertise in advanced SQL and Python, comfortable manipulating and analyzing large, complex datasets.
• Strong business acumen and exceptional problem-solving skills – the ability to translate ambiguous problem statements into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Superset, Metabase, Looker, or Tableau.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

Bonus Points:

• Prior experience in Web3 or a genuine passion for the crypto space.
• Familiarity with blockchain data platforms like Dune Analytics, The Graph, Flipside, etc.
• Exposure to staking protocols, validator infrastructure, or DeFi analytics.
• Experience building data pipelines with tools such as dbt, Airflow, etc.
