Your Role: Architecting Modern Data Solutions

As a Data Consultant, you will:

• Design and implement modern data platforms (Azure, Databricks, Data Fabric) with a strong emphasis on reusability and AI-readiness.
• Adopt a customer-centric and future-oriented approach, ensuring our solutions deliver immediate value while preparing clients for future needs.
• Actively contribute to your own professional development and support the growth of your colleagues through coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
• Leverage your consultancy mindset, combined with (inter)national knowledge and experience, to guide our clients towards achieving their strategic goals.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance Inetum’s capabilities through client development, talent growth, and community engagement.

What We’re Looking For: Skills and Experience

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics projects.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; French is a valuable asset.
• Proficiency in the Azure stack (Data Factory, Synapse, Storage, Purview, Functions) and/or Databricks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing contexts and deliver tangible value for clients.
• A keen interest in AI and its application in modern data products (prompt engineering, GenAI, monitoring, automation).
• A results-oriented mindset, with a focus on creating business impact and understanding the outcomes of your work.
• A collaborative team player who is eager to contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
