Responsibilities: Your Contribution to Our Data Excellence

• Efficiently enter data from various sources into Axion databases and client portals within project deadlines.
• Ensure timely completion of all data entry tasks.
• Accurately transcribe information into the required electronic format.
• Proactively verify data for accuracy and correct errors as needed.
• Adhere to security protocols and participate in regular information security checkups to safeguard the database.
• Comply with all data integrity and security policies.
• Maintain effective communication with project managers as required.

Qualifications: What You Need to Succeed

We are looking for candidates with:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven data entry experience with a keystroke rate of 15,000 keystrokes per hour (50 words per minute) with a low error rate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using Windows or Mac computers.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Reliable high-speed broadband internet connection.
• Proof of authorization to work in the United States.
