What You’ll Do

As a Senior Data Quality Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our data-driven initiatives, working closely with clients to assess their data landscape, build robust data strategies, and ensure the highest levels of data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. You’ll be instrumental in helping our clients make informed decisions and optimize their supply chain performance.

• Conduct comprehensive data assessments using various frameworks.
• Collaborate with IT, supply chain, and other stakeholders to understand data analysis needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies for data validation, cleaning, transformation, and monitoring.
• Identify and define new data capture and standardization processes.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of key standard reports and dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to legal and compliance standards in all data-related activities.
• Maintain comprehensive data documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategic initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data and supply chain management.
• Participate in the full lifecycle of data governance projects.
• Perform data analysis and manipulation based on client requirements.
• Utilize your SQL skills to efficiently integrate and handle data.
• Leverage your knowledge of AI Models (like Python) for data cleaning and standardization.

What You’ll Bring

To excel in this role, you’ll need a strong foundation in data quality principles and a proven track record of success in the following areas:

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Quality/Cleansing Specialist with a focus on data quality/maturity frameworks.
• Expertise in Data Governance design and setup.
• Experience in Data Strategy roadmap development and adoption, including Business Case development working.
• Solid understanding of data quality standards, data profiling, data quality assessment, data quality reporting, data cleaning, monitoring and control, and data governance.
• Experience with cloud databases such as Snowflake, Azure, or Databricks.
