Temporary Deal Desk Associate

Location: Remote (U.S.)
Reports to: Revenue Operations and Deal Desk Manager

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Temporary Deal Desk Associate. In this vital support role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our sales process by managing the flow of routine deal documentation. What You’ll Do

• Meticulously review sales quotes and purchase orders to confirm accuracy and completeness.
• Operate within defined processes and workflows to ensure all deals meet internal compliance standards.
• Accurately enter and update critical deal information within our Salesforce CRM system.
• Manage the routing of documents through established approval workflows.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to resolve basic discrepancies or gather missing information.
• Provide essential support for deal processing during busy periods, including month-end and quarter-end closes.

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of experience in a sales support, administrative, or Deal Desk capacity, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems and quoting tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Proven ability to follow established procedures precisely and meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong written communication skills and comfort working effectively in a Remote setting.

Compensation & Benefits

This temporary position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $20-25/hr, along with a full benefits package.
