The Opportunity: Your Mission

As our Contract Designer, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the visual identities and marketing materials for our innovative clients. You’ll collaborate closely with our Design Lead, leadership, and client services teams to translate complex technical concepts into engaging, user-centered designs that resonate with both technical experts and a broader audience.

What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

• Design compelling assets: Create stunning digital and print materials, including pitch decks, marketing collateral, social media graphics, event materials, and web assets.
• Collaborate and align: Partner with internal teams and clients to ensure design output aligns with strategic goals and brand guidelines.
• Simplify complexity: Develop visual narratives that effectively communicate complex technical concepts, like blockchain protocols, fintech products, and token economies.
• Elevate presentations: Craft and refine presentation materials for client campaigns, investor decks, and product launches.
• Maintain brand consistency: Ensure a consistent visual language across all touchpoints.
• Deliver with agility: Manage feedback loops efficiently and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

What You’ll Bring: Skills & Experience

• 3-5+ years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating experience with blockchain, fintech, or emerging tech brands.
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and presentation tools (Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides).
• Proven ability to translate technical or abstract concepts into clear, engaging visuals.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and branding principles.
• Familiarity with Web3/crypto culture, fintech trends, or emerging tech aesthetics is a significant plus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills; ability to thrive independently in a remote environment.
